Bank refers to currency storage in Ragnarok Online and Ragnarok Online II. To check your personal Bank, you simply refer to the UI display in the character's information window in RO or the menu bar in RO2.
Ragnarok Online[]
In RO, each character can only hold up to 2,147,483,647 Zeny in their Bank. This is due to the game's programming only allowing the maximum number for a 32-bit unsigned integer. An in-game Bank storage was implemented in Episode 10.2 as an actual Bank in the city of Lighthalzen. This allowed players to deposit and withdraw Zeny if they reach their limits on their characters. It is unsure if the Bank storage was character-bound or account-wide, nor is it known how much the Bank storage can hold. Unfortunately, glitches with the system caused Zeny to disappear, prompting the Lighthalzen bank to be disabled indefinitely. Instead of being fixed, the Bank storage was simply abandoned by the developers. As a result, the original Bank storage system was never implemented in any other city (although buildings that would be Banks still exist).

In 2013, the character-bound Bank became linked to all other characters on the same account, allowing it to be account-wide. However, it can only hold the max amount of Zeny that a single character can hold.
Ragnarok Online II[]
The personal Bank in RO2 is displayed in the game's menu bar underneath the inventory bags. It is unknown what the maximum amount of Zeny and Rupi can be stored on each character.
