Friar Patrick is a friar of the St. Capitolina Abbey who stands guard over the Sealed Shrine where Baphomet lays imprisoned. He may have been familiar with the Ancient Hero.

After Surt broke free of his seal in Morocc, Friar Patrick noticed that the seal holding back Baphomet has begun to weaken. An adventurer approaches him to help keep Baphomet from breaking free of his seal by venturing into the abbey's catacombs. Friar Patrick wishes him/her luck and allows him/her entry below the abbey.[1]
