Kino Kitty is a Bard who resides in Morocc. He used to be a member of the Invincible Single Army, which prompted him to change the original lyrics of "At One, I Fall in Love" to turn it from a love song to a romantic travesty. He has a chronic disease that affects the volume of his voice and thinks Minty Eland is whiny, but a good person. He is currently caring for his young niece Jorti after her parents passed on.

His Seal of Friendship is a black cross.

Story

Kino was playing a song for his niece when he was intruded upon by an adventurer.

Even in the sandy wind
Even in the pouring rain
Even in the falling snow
I know it's you~

The adventurer apologizes for interrupting him and tells him about Minty Eland's lyrical plight. Kino responds that he is insulted that Eland doesn't like the change he made to the original lyrics of "At One, I Fall in Love." He did it because he thought the original song was horrible and refused to sing such romantic notions. The adventurer wonders if he knew the original lyrics, to which he responds he does not remember and the original lyrics are no longer available in new songbooks. He then explains that the original lyrics can be found in an old book of edda (Norse poems), which may be in a bookstore in Juno.

Soon after, the adventurer leaves him to continue caring for his niece. Once the adventurer disappeared, Kino suddenly remembers the original lyrics. He writes down the original lyrics and puts it into an envelope to give to Eland. He did not expect the adventurer to return, but uses this opportunity to send the letter to Eland without leaving his niece by herself. He then overwrites Eland's Seal of Friendship upon the adventurer with his own to let Eland know the letter came from him.

Trivia

• Rheingold is a treasure in the Nibelungenlied mythology. Alberich is a dwarf, who guards the treasure of the Nibelungen. Both of Kino's songs reference the Nibelungenlied or The Song of the Nibelungs.
