Earlier this year GRAVITY entered a license agreement with Shanghai The Dream Network Technology Co., Ltd., or Dream Square, to host the China version of RO2 (cRO2). In that same news report, GRAVITY also gave Dream Square licensing rights to develop mobile games using properties of Ragnarok Online.
"Gravity signed a development agreement with Dream Square. Gravity granted Dream Square a nonexclusive right to develop and distribute mobile games in China by using contents of its principal product, Ragnarok Online. Dream Square is to develop and publish a mobile game within one year and another one within 18 months from the effective date of the agreement."
With that said and done, Dream Square recently announced the first of their licensed mobile titles called 仙境传说RO手机版：守护永恒的爱, which roughly translates to "Ragnarok Mobile: Eternal Guardians of Love." Judging by Dream Square's poster for the game, it looks like the title will center around RO2's life jobs (craft professions). I'm guessing the licensing rights also extend to RO2 as well as RO.
