Hell Plant buries cannibalistic plants in the ground and make them bite approaching enemies. It gives damage and inflicts of Stun or Bleed status. Each plant attacks only once, dealing damage to a single target.

Notes[]

  • The cast of this skill is full variable.
  • Range of Plants is 1 cell, therefore it is most effective when cast on the target or 1 cell next to the target.
  • The damage is considered magic damage, irreducible for soft MDEF and hard MDEF, and doesn't miss in a Golden Thief Bug wearer.
  • In WoE, Plants disappear (without doing any damage) if guildmates step on it. Your own homunculus can destroy also Plants, taking no damage from them.
  • The caster is the only one who can step on the Plants, without destroying them.
  • In PVM/PVP, Plants deal 100% damage.
  • In WoE, Plants deal 50% damage.
  • Placing as many plants as possible around the caster provides excellent defense against melee attackers in WoE. For example: an Asura Strike Sura.
  • Plants can not hit ghost property enemies.
  • Plants can't be stacked, they are similar to traps where they need to be placed beside each other in a 3x3 radius.
  • Plants last about 35 seconds, then disappear.
  • Plants damage is not decreased by Assumptio.
  • Success rate of Stun and Bleed is decreased by stat immunity and level difference as usual.
  • Safety Wall blocks Plants' damage as usual and will disappear if the Plants out damage the wall's "HP".
  • Energy Coat reduce Plants' damage by 30%.
  • Any "% modifier" like Hydra Cards, Giant Majestic Goat, Thara Frog Cards, Feather Beret, Skeleton Worker Cards, etc; does not modify Hell Plant's damage (it is only affected by your INT, caster base level, caster job level, Hell Plant level and Bio Cannibalize level).
