Neutral Barrier creates a strong energy barrier around the caster, increasing DEF and MDEF of all targets in range as well as blocking all ranged physical and magical damage.
- Requires the player to be in a Magic Gear.
- Applies to the caster and all players/allies/enemies inside the Area of Effect.
- Area stays centered on the caster, even if moving.
- Works similar to how Pneuma behaves, but blocks physical and magical damage. Blocked damage will show as misses.
- All players/monsters inside Neutral Barrier will also have all their own ranged physical/magical attacks miss on targets unless the attack cannot miss. (i.e. magic skills, Acid Demonstration, Cart Cannon, etc.)
- Does not prevent status effects, including ones caused by damage inflicting skills.
- Monster skills cast within 3 cells are considered melee and will not be blocked, with a few exceptions like Clashing Spiral.
- Blocks damage from Earthquake. Does not block damage from Evil Land.

- Stat (cast) casting is deleted.
- The skill reuse time will change to 90 seconds.
- Skill effect range is changed. (3 x 3 cells -> 5 x 5 cells)
