- There are 8 sectors altogether (Sector A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H). You simply need to talk to the prisoner in each sector to be properly flagged for the quest.
- Prisoner 243DV17 (Mastering) will do one of the 3 actions by random chance:
- Teleport you to any sector of the underground prison if you give him 1 Jellopy.
- Lets you type in an announcement on the map.
- Do nothing.
