"Francoou grew in the giant tree where Fur Seals lived, and kicked Fur Seals from their livelihood. After being kicked out, Fur Seals became extremely sensitive, and don't get friendly with anyone.
Fur Seals are sacred creature that cleanses air and water in the forest. For sake of our town.. no for the sake of the Fur Seals, could you please eliminate Francoou while I think of something?"
