Summary[]
"Refugees here used to live where the Dimension Crack is now. They've lost their homes because of it. They overcame their grief and were about to settle down….
Then the friendly Miho suddenly turned hostile and attacked the camp. The refugees fear their past turmoil may be repeated.
There is a Miho recon just a little south from here. They observe this place all the time and attack randomly. They communicate with each other with pipes. Defeat the Miho Scouts and get their pipes!"
