Seneth was a previous Mayor Jun of Eclage who was a Donas Laphine that was half Papang Laphine. He was the first Mayor Jun of mixed blood who hated his mixed heritage and cursed his very existence.[1] His very low self-esteem led him to implement radical policies during his rule. His mental illness escalated to the point that he severed his ties to Yggdrasil and became the very first Mayor Jun to do so. In the end, he set himself on fire.[2] Seneth therefore was remembered as a tyrant and it is because of him that Laphines feared mixed blood Mayor Juns.
