Arrow Vulcan attacks an enemy nine times using a Whip/Musical weapon. Damage is modified by cards and arrow attribute. The Gypsy/Clown is immobile during the activation of this skill and while the damage is being dealt to the enemy over the span of a few seconds.
The skill's damage is calculated and dealt as a single hit, with the animation showing 9 hits for visual effect.

- Patch (2018 Nov. 28)
- Fixed casting is reduced to 0.5 seconds from 0.76 seconds on Level 10.
- Variable casting is reduced to 1.5 seconds from 3.04 seconds on Level 10.
- Skill Delay decreases from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds, and a cooldown of 1.5 seconds is added.
- The damage formula is changed, and damage is further increased depending on the caster's base level.
- Forced Attack motion is removed.
