Julianna Lucille is one of the seven Assassins of the Cross. She is often depicted wearing her Geffen Guard cloak and helm.
On iRO2 and seaRO2, this character's name is mistranslated as Juliana Russil.
Abilities
Julianna can run extremely fast and extend her fingernails to claw-like lengths. In addition, her fingernails can be shot out at her enemies and cause paralysis to those they hit.
Story

Julianna works as a bodyguard for Geffen viceroy Zanzibar. She accompanies him everywhere and is never too far from his side.
When Zanzibar discovers the kingdom of Geffenia thanks to Lidia, he orders Julianna to kill both Lidia and Reina. She instead is forced to face off against Loki, who intervenes to protect them.[1]
About 600 years ago, Julianna accompanied Loki to a gargantuan tower where Demons were emerging into Midgard. She was part of the backup team sent by the Assassins Guild that included three other assassins Huey, Dewey, and Louie, all of whom seem to regard Julianna dearly. After asking about the situation, she went to face the demon horde along with the Order of the Knights' reinforcements. As they ascended the tower, the four of them and some of the reinforcements are accosted by demons and Julianna became very damaged in the onslaught. She asked one of the reinforcement members to help her initiate her recovery system, revealing that parts of her were replaced with machinery. Huey is concerned for her, knowing that she is more prone to damage than her more organic comrades. Julianna referred to her body as a gift from the gods. After recovering, Julianna goes with the reinforcements to the top of the tower where Thanatos has already engaged in battle with Surt. She helped him keep Surt's magic seals from allowing him to break free from Thanatos' shield. Suddenly, Surt's shield-breaking powers collide with Thanatos' shield and the resulting magic caused them to teleport to the midst of the Sograt Desert.[2]
Roughly 300 years after the Ragnarök cataclysm, Julianna reappears as Lissur Anailuj, Marquise of Rune-Midgarts. She utilizes her noble title to carry out a secret operation and is revealed to be the mastermind of the entire plan to kidnap Saintess Aione Oakley and gain the power of Randgris. It is believe she will use Randgris power to revive Himmelmez once she completely absorbs Aione's power or use her as a vessel to bring Himmelmez back to life.[3]
