Objectives[]

Learn how to use Sight Blaster from a cat.

Summary[]

"(yawn...) So sleeepy...

Hmm? Did you want to talk to me? Don't bother me if you've got nothing to say!"

[Now I'm sleepy, too...]

"Ha! Yeah... Taking a nap sounds like the best idea I've hear—Oh. Wait. You're a Wizard, right? I was so sleepy, I didn't even notice. Ah, this is good.

Now, I'm supposed to be teaching Wizards this new skill on behalf of the Wizard Guild. Although I don't really want to, I pretty much don't have a choice.

So what do you say?"

[Sure, I'd like to learn a new skill.]

"Really?

Fine, fine. Just so you know, I'm only teaching this skill so that Catherine will return me to my norman form. It's too humiliating to just be a cat!

Wait, now that I think about it, that dog Maria has been hanging around Catherine for the longest time, but she's never regained her norman form.

N-no! I can't lose hope now!

Oh, let's just get this over with. Now, you're aware that we Wizards have great long-range attack skills, but we're weak in short-range battles, right? This new skill that I am going to teach you has been designed to compensate for the Wizard class's weakness in close-range combat. First, you chant the spell. Then, for the skill's duration, you will be protected by a shield that will push back and damage enemies that approach too closely. Doesn't that sound really useful in heated battle situations?"

[I can push enemies away?]

"Sure you can. Well, once you learn the skill. Hmm, but you need to have a good grasp on push back theory before you can learn the skill. Hmm, you might need a better explanation...

You know what? Knights are pretty much experts with skills that knock enemies back, so go and find one who'll explain push back theory to you in Prontera. Check the 11 o'clock direction on your map in Prontera to find the Knight Chivalry. Someone there should be willing to teach you more about push backs in skills..."

Progress[]

"What are you still doing here? Didn't I tell you to go to the Prontera Chivalry and ask someone there to teach you about push back theory?"

Completion[]

"Finally...! You actually learned it! That took way too much effort, but at least we're done here.

I'm so tired from all of this teaching. I think I'll take a well-deserved nap right now.

Go on your way and, if you know any Wizards, send 'em to me, I guess."
