Hunt 'Desert Fugus' and 'Desert Fugu Babes' at the south of the Nomad Shelter. Go to the Oasis Keeper at the Nomad Shelter when you're done.

I am the Oasis Manager, keeping the Oasis clean. There has been an increase of monsters raiding the Oasis for clean water. Desert Fugus living south of the Oasis are frequent visitors. They come at late hours and fill their belly with water.
Please go and make sure they don't dare come near here.
